Pat Millar - Managing Director, Clarion Consulting

Jim worked as part of a Clarion team on a large change programme in Trinity College Dublin - TCD. He led the re-engineering of a large number of business process and service improvement initiatives. Jim is passionate about service and process improvement. He worked very well with a broad range of people in a challenging and complex environment.
