PropertyTxT was developed for the real-estate sector and allows potential buyers to check property details 24/7 using their mobile phone. PropertyTxT is especially revolutionary for two reasons. Firstly, it was the first consumer tool designed to entice mobile users to “Opt-in” for information. Secondly, it used a unique logo and enquiry mechanism from the “For Sale” sign, which later became synonymous with a text information service. With PropertyTxT, the real-estate agent could view each text enquiry from their online account and could modify the reply message as required.

SendPulse is a simple to use, corporate SMS broadcast tool. An online portal allows the customer to view their broadcast history and text credit status. Both applications ran on a high performance 2-way text messaging gateway. A version of PropertyTxT called iTxT, was adapted for the print media sector. iTxT allowed readers to comment on articles or reply to competitions from their mobile phone. The iTxT logo and response code was used to indicate interactive media.
