Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure compliance procedures/guidelines are fully documented and up to date
Assess the impact of new guidance pertaining to Sarbanes-Oxley on the company
Conduct process and risk analysis within SOX compliance framework
Communicate and prioritize the remediation of control weaknesses by financial risk.
Perform internal audits and act as a point of contact with external auditors
Educate and train company personnel on SOX requirements and implementation
ITIL – Best Practice in IT Service Management

Areas of Responsibility:
Negotiate and manage SLA’s, OLA’s and UC’s
Drive operational improvement of the Service Desk
Drive improvements in the Incident & Problem management processes
Ensure a service delivery plan is in place for all customers
Provide input into how solutions/projects should be delivered to the business
Business Process Analysis
Our primary objective is to ensure that processes, KPI’s and consequently people support the organizational strategy. Better process transparency combined with relevant and accurate reporting lead to better decision making and more effective organizational change.
Areas of Responsibility:
Project planning and control, business analysis, process redesign, workshop facilitation, change management, organizational structure and team leadership.
Analyse, challenge and develop operational performance metrics
Ensure process excellence with new business ideas and product teams
Identify, catalogue, track and review local exceptions to global processes to ensure uniformity and sustainability
Participate in vendor product evaluation processes
Implement and roll-out system solutions in accordance with agreed project schedules

Analyse customer base, tariffs, products, etc. to maximise revenue and profitability.
Develop campaigns and policies to minimise customer defection in key segments.
Initiate new propositions, secure the required approval, and work across functions to deliver projects/products.
